At Your Fashion Fix, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how order cancellations, refunds, and address corrections are handled.

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order by sending us an email at [email protected]. Orders are processed shortly after being placed, so cancellation requests received after this time may not be possible.

Refund Processing

If your cancellation or return request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

I have not received my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?

If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible within the allowed cancellation window. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may still be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

I mistakenly entered an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?

Shipping address corrections are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been processed but not shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order. If the order has already shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review available options. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once shipping is in progress.
