Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns requested after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not currently accept in-store returns for online purchases.

A return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return criteria. If a return is due to a customer ordering error or a change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery or without photo evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
