All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after our daily processing hours will be handled on the next business day.
Please note that order processing and shipping do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Requests submitted without photo evidence or outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
